Tosin
will have a medical at Chelsea next week before signing a long-term contract
The Fulham defender is set to join the Blues on a free transfer when his
contract expires at the end of June.
Newcastle also wanted Tosin, 26, but he could not turn down Chelsea, who
need a centre-back after Thiago Silva's departure.
Tosin worked with incoming Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca at Manchester City.
